From IC to TL

The transition from Individual Contributor to Team Leader is challenging. You need to shift mindset from being the smartest person in the room to making the room smarter. You need to build a skillset that enables others to do their best work and grow: building shared purpose in your team, developing the members through coaching and stepping up as a leader who drives performance and engagement by both challenging and caring for your team. Often you will find yourself facing the additional challenge of leading people who were previously your peers. And you need to do all of this while keeping focused on delivering results.

This programme helps accelerate the transition from Individual Collaborator to effective Team Leader and focuses on learning and actions for the first 90 days in the new role.
